In our initial call, we're going to review a petite audit of your assets. We'll weight the pros and cons of the services you want vs. the services you need to tailor a collection that meets you where you are.  Our process is vastly different than most designers as we have multiple baby-step approval phases all built objectively off of the approval before, so you'll never get to the end and think "wait this isn't me".

In Phase 1 (the prep work phase) you'll fill out a questionnaire and prep your images. This is going to ask you about everything you like, but also ask you to get serious about what you don't like as well. 

The design process begins at Phase 2, your project start date. We'll cross reference your preferences both on the consult call and within your questionnaire, along with balancing high converting structure that is proven to convert. We'll render a mood board with the initial brand tones, home page framework, button styles, etc. and this is where approval call 1 happens. We look at everything together, make adjustments collaboratively, to ensure we're on the right track, and once we have your approval, we move to Phase 03. 

Once we've made your final design changes, now we soft launch your site in Phase 4. This is where you'll send the site to friends and family and we'll all hunt for functionality mistakes, broken links, overlapping text etc. No design changes will be made in this portion, just functionality changes. 

Phase 3 is the easiest stage for you! You get to sit back and relax while we do our thing. By Friday of your project week, you'll schedule your final design approval call. This is where you'll make up to 3 design changes (we rarely have minor changes here, as you've mostly approved your site in call one)! 

Once your site review is done, the site has been tested on various devices to ensure sizing looks great all-around, we're ready for a live launch! We'll supply some adorable graphics to tease and get the word out! This helps boost a bit of traffic to the new site and let Google know that people are staying and browsing, which helps to signal the site is healthy!
