Refund Policy
Mandy Ford LLC REFUND POLICY
All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise.
All payments made to Mandy Ford LLC are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in product-specific or service-specific written terms.
By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This Policy applies to purchases made directly from Mandy Ford LLC, including purchases made under the High Tide Strategy services.
Certain purchases may also be subject to an individual service agreement, proposal, order form, checkout terms, subscription terms, licensing agreement, or other product-specific terms.
Where specific written terms apply to a purchase and conflict with this general Policy, the terms specific to that purchase will govern.
SERVICES
Payments made for professional services are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, consulting, strategy, SEO, website design, advertising services, marketing services, implementation, technical support, copywriting, optimization, and other professional services provided by Mandy Ford LLC.
Service fees compensate Mandy Ford LLC for professional expertise, preparation, work performed, deliverables, resources allocated, and/or calendar capacity reserved for the Client.
A Client's decision to cancel, discontinue, postpone, change direction, or otherwise not proceed with a purchased service does not create a right to a refund.
Work that has been performed remains billable regardless of whether the Client ultimately uses, publishes, implements, or benefits from that work.
Individual service agreements may establish additional terms regarding cancellation, termination, rescheduling, abandonment, payment obligations, or project timelines. Those terms remain applicable to the corresponding service.
DEPOSITS, RETAINERS, BOOKING FEES & INITIAL PAYMENTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, deposits, retainers, booking fees, reservation fees, and initial payments are non-refundable.
These payments may reserve limited calendar availability, secure project dates, initiate preparation or strategy, allocate Company resources, or cause Mandy Ford LLC to decline other work.
A Client's cancellation, delay, failure to participate, or change in circumstances does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund or release the Client from payment obligations established under an applicable agreement.
PAYMENT PLANS
A payment plan is not a subscription.
When a purchaser selects a payment plan, they are agreeing to pay the full purchase price in installments rather than making one payment in full.
Choosing an installment option does not create a month-to-month or cancel-anytime arrangement.
Unless an applicable written agreement expressly states otherwise, the purchaser remains responsible for the full purchase price and all remaining installments.
Cancelling participation, discontinuing a project, failing to use a product or service, failing to provide required materials, or requesting that services stop does not automatically cancel or forgive remaining payment obligations.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the immediate-access and non-returnable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Digital products may include, but are not limited to, website templates, guides, PDFs, downloads, educational materials, recordings, resources, toolkits, prompt libraries, digital files, courses, workshops, and other electronically delivered products.
A purchaser's failure to download, access, open, use, complete, or implement a digital product does not create eligibility for a refund.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, technical requirements, software requirements, and compatibility information provided before completing their purchase.
TEMPLATES, LICENSES & DIGITAL PRODUCT USAGE
The purchase of a template or other licensed digital product grants the purchaser a limited license to use that product according to the applicable licensing terms.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of Mandy Ford LLC's intellectual property to the purchaser.
Templates and licensed materials may not be shared, resold, redistributed, sublicensed, copied, repackaged, or otherwise used in violation of the applicable license.
Violation of licensing terms may result in termination of the purchaser's license or access without refund.
If Mandy Ford LLC voluntarily grants a refund for a licensed digital product, the purchaser's license to use that product terminates immediately. The purchaser must discontinue use of and, where applicable, delete or destroy the refunded materials and any copies in their possession or control.
Additional restrictions and permitted uses may be established in the Digital Product License or other licensing terms applicable to the purchased product.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING SERVICES
Subscriptions and recurring services are separate from installment payment plans.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable subscription terms, subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals after the cancellation becomes effective. Cancellation does not retroactively refund charges for previous billing periods.
Mandy Ford LLC does not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods unless expressly stated otherwise in writing or required by applicable law.
Failure to access, use, or participate in a subscription does not constitute cancellation and does not create eligibility for a refund.
The purchaser is responsible for submitting cancellation according to the cancellation procedure applicable to the subscription and before the applicable renewal date.
Certain subscriptions or recurring services may have additional cancellation requirements, notice periods, minimum commitments, or other terms disclosed at checkout or in an applicable agreement.
CLIENT DELAYS, INACTIVITY & PROJECT ABANDONMENT
Clients are responsible for participating in purchased services and providing information, materials, access, credentials, questionnaires, content, feedback, approvals, files, and other items reasonably required for Mandy Ford LLC to perform the service.
Client delays, inactivity, missed deadlines, failure to communicate, or failure to provide required materials do not create eligibility for a refund.
Projects that are delayed or abandoned by the Client remain subject to the applicable service agreement, including any provisions concerning project timelines, expiration, rescheduling, restart fees, abandonment, or outstanding balances.
CHANGE OF MIND & FAILURE TO USE
Refunds will not be provided solely because a purchaser:
Changes their mind.
Changes their business direction.
No longer wants or needs the product or service.
Does not have time to participate.
Does not access or download purchased materials in the time window referenced in their asset delivery notification.
Does not complete a course, program, service, or process.
Does not implement recommendations or deliverables.
Chooses another provider or solution.
Fails to use the product or service.
Experiences a change in personal, professional, or financial circumstances.
A purchaser's decision not to use something that was purchased and made available does not mean the product or service was not provided.
RESULTS & PERFORMANCE
Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement applicable to a specific purchase, Mandy Ford LLC does not guarantee specific marketing, advertising, SEO, search ranking, traffic, revenue, sales, conversion, lead, inquiry, audience growth, or other business results.
Marketing and business outcomes are influenced by numerous factors outside Mandy Ford LLC's control.
Subjective dissatisfaction with business results, failure to achieve a desired outcome, or differences between expected and actual performance do not independently create eligibility for a refund.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, SOFTWARE & COMPATIBILITY
Many products and services provided by Mandy Ford LLC interact with third-party platforms, software, applications, hosting providers, search engines, social media platforms, plugins, themes, APIs, integrations, and other technology that Mandy Ford LLC does not own or control.
Mandy Ford LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, discontinued features, algorithm changes, software updates, compatibility issues, integration failures, account restrictions, policy changes, or other third-party circumstances outside its reasonable control.
These circumstances do not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing stated technical requirements and compatibility information before purchasing when applicable.
EXCEPTIONS & DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS
Mandy Ford LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or account adjustment in exceptional circumstances, including correcting a duplicate charge or confirmed billing error.
Any refund, credit, accommodation, or exception voluntarily provided by Mandy Ford LLC is made on a case-by-case basis and does not create a contractual right to similar treatment in another circumstance.
An exception made for one purchaser or transaction does not waive, amend, or modify this Policy for any other purchaser or transaction.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Purchasers with concerns regarding a charge, payment, cancellation, product, or service are encouraged to contact Mandy Ford LLC and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, where permitted by applicable law.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel or eliminate a valid contractual payment obligation.
Mandy Ford LLC reserves the right to contest chargebacks or payment disputes that it reasonably believes are improper, inaccurate, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the purchaser's contractual obligations.
In connection with a payment dispute, Mandy Ford LLC may provide the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or other authorized party with documentation reasonably necessary to substantiate the transaction. This may include purchase records, checkout acknowledgments, signed agreements, correspondence, delivery records, access records, project records, completed work, and other relevant documentation.
Where legally permitted and appropriate, access to products, subscriptions, services, accounts, or licensed materials may be suspended while a related payment remains disputed.
FAILED PAYMENTS & OUTSTANDING BALANCES
Purchasers are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information for payment plans, subscriptions, recurring services, and other outstanding payment obligations.
Where authorized, Mandy Ford LLC may retry a failed or declined payment.
Failure of a payment method does not eliminate an outstanding contractual payment obligation.
Mandy Ford LLC may suspend services, access, deliverables, subscriptions, or licensed materials while an account has an overdue balance where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Any additional provisions regarding collections, late payments, fees, or outstanding balances contained in an applicable service agreement or purchase terms remain in effect.
TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION BY MANDY FORD LLC
Mandy Ford LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, subscriptions, licenses, or access where permitted by applicable terms and law.
Reasons may include nonpayment, material breach of an agreement, fraud or attempted fraud, unauthorized use or distribution of intellectual property, misuse of products or services, violation of licensing restrictions, or other material violations of applicable terms.
Suspension or termination resulting from a purchaser's breach does not automatically create eligibility for a refund or eliminate outstanding contractual payment obligations.
REFUND, CANCELLATION & BILLING REQUESTS
Questions regarding a purchase, billing issue, cancellation, or potential refund should be submitted directly to Mandy Ford LLC using the contact information provided on our website or associated with the applicable purchase.
Please include sufficient information for us to identify the transaction, including your name, the email address associated with the purchase, the product or service purchased, and the nature of your request.
Submitting a refund or cancellation request does not establish eligibility for a refund and does not automatically cancel future payments unless cancellation has been confirmed in accordance with the applicable terms.
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing a product or service from Mandy Ford LLC, the purchaser acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The purchaser further acknowledges that their purchase may be governed by additional terms contained in a service agreement, proposal, checkout page, order form, subscription agreement, licensing agreement, or product-specific policy.
Except where expressly stated otherwise in applicable written terms or required by law, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.
